One of CLIMB’s longtime Collaborative Partners, Professor Melissa Skala, has founded a startup with the help of the WARF Accelerator, Discovery to Product, and Morgridge Entrepreneurial Bootcamp at her home institution, the Morgridge Institute at the University of Wisconsin—Madison. The startup, SeLight LLC, was founded alongside Dr. Amani Gillette, an assistant scientist in Professor Skala’s lab. SeLight focuses on CAR-T cell therapy by utilizing advanced imaging technologies. We extend our congratulations to Professor Skala and Dr. Gillette on this exciting new venture and wish SeLight every success in translating innovative imaging science into impactful clinical applications.
